This classic California girl came pedaling this bike through the brittle dust on the Troncones beach road. A lovely image but I had another in mind. I talked her into modeling for the shot at a different break. That is my brand new board. Melisa washed out on the first pass, crashed, scraped her knee and dinged the board. A little tape on the knee and board and we spent the rest of the day enjoying Classic Ranch sets -- alone and head high into the bay until late afternoon. I have video of the surf somewhere.
