summer 2001. Tracy Bowerman Surfing the east Cape. I got the trailer so stuck towing it down onto this point I was on the verge of tears. It all worked out as we got some good waves. This was one of my last trips to Baja. Surfline, the internet wave forecasts and ease of jetset access for the SoCal hordes broke my Baja spirit. This photo just presented itself, but I had been composing the idea for a while. Among her many qualities, I always admired Tracy's broad shoulders and the resulting curve down to her small waist. This wasn't my first choice as the board is blocking the focus point. A rare Patagonia shot with a vehicle.
